CH2MHill's 350,000 sf, 3 building headquarters required extensive programming and planning for the corporate and regional headquarters as well as their OMI subsidiary. The project includes a 5000 sf data center, a 10,000 sf training center, a workout facility, a full commercial kitchen and cafeteria, office space and the boardroom. CH2MHill desired an amenity filled, high design environment for the employees while displaying a cost conscious, straightforward approach to their clients. Environmental stewardship and employee well being were primary considerations, and the project was the first to achieve LEED certification in Colorado.
