The primary objective for the 85,000 sf headquarters for the world's largest gold company was to increase efficiency and accommodate growth. The project density increased from 500 sf/person to 300sf/person and incorporated a more open plan environment. Acquilano Leslie was also responsible for the specification and competitive bidding of the new furniture systems. The rich cherry wood, improved lighting and polished granite flooring create an atmosphere of sophistication and elegance.

"The transition from our nearly exclusive closed office environment to the new collaborative space went better than anyone could have expected or asked for. We attribute this largely to the exceptional design and functionality of the new space."
