We have completed many public lobby designs and assisted owners in repositioning their assets to attract and retain tenants.

Ptarmigan Building: The renovation of this mixed use project challenged the Architect to create a dynamic retail environment between the central building lobby and the 2 remote elevator lobbies while also presenting an attractive, professional image that would promote tenant leasing for the 450,000 sf of office space above.

160 Inverness: New materials and lighting throughout the main lobby and tenant corridors and a new translucent entry canopy at the main entrance to the building create new life in this prior single tenant building.

12121 Grant: The building, previously occupied by a single technology user, was renovated to promote multi-tenant, technology users who would be attracted to the technology infrastructure of the building.
