The regional offices for this Minneapolis based real estate developer are located in the historic warehouse district of Lower Downtown Denver in the renovated Windsor Dairy Building. The project was planned in conjunction with Opus who also provided construction services for the building renovation. The original vaulted spaces to the right in the reception area were originally designed to facilitate the movement of large vats of milk throughout the building. The matching vaults to the left are new.
