  • DaVita HQ (256,000 sf) - in design and LEED NC Gold certification is expected
  • Perkins Coie (36,000 sf) - LEED CI certification is expected
  • GH Phipps HQ (35,000 sf) – achieved LEED Silver certification
  • CBRE DTC Offices (25,000 sf) – achieved LEED Silver certification
  • Douglass/Colony Companies (25,000 sf) – achieved LEED CI certification
  • Westfield Development (12,000 sf) – LEED CI certification is pending
  • Polsinelli Shughart (39,000 sf) – achieved LEED CI certification
  • CH2MHill HQ (260,000 sf) – became the first commercial LEED certified project in Colorado. Acquilano Leslie was responsible for the interior architectural component
